High density glass microspheres|4.5 Density Their size ranges from 30 microns to 1 mm
barium titanate glass microspheres are glass spheres high density solids. At a density of 4.5g/cc these solid glass spheres can be used for many scientific applications where high density and optical clarity is required. In addition to high density, they also offer a refractive index greater than 1.9.
Bulk quantities are available in 30-100um and vary in size from 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
For experiments requiring the highest accuracy pearls can be purchased with grades classified> 90% of spheres in a specific size range. Standard sizes include narrow ranges below.
